RETURN/REFUNDS POLICY

We have a 30 Day refund policy in the event a product is damaged or faulty.

The Dog Box requires the following:

  • Written Notice within 7 Days of receiving the product/s and to return product/s to The Dog Box in original condition & packaging it was received by the consumer.
  • Returns have to be made at consumers own costs for delivery except if prior arrangement and agreement was made and accepted by The Dog Box. (DOGBOXONLINE)
  • Products purchased incorrectly by the fault of the consumer will need to be returned at consumers own costs.
  • No refunds will be made until products are received by The Dog Box in original condition it was received by consumer.
  • Any return method is accepted. Please contact us if any returns need to be made to arrange return delivery address.
  • Refunds can take up to 14-21 Days to clear and the consumer can be subject to a 5% Transaction Fee.
